Horrible pain & bleeding after having a baby

I had a baby 7 weeks ago. I had sex for the first time at 6 weeks and it hurt, we tryed again yesterday & the pain was so bad i screamed. I went to the bathroom & there was quite a bit of blood (& i didnt start my period). I had a couple stiches after delivery & im worried i ripped them or somthing. It still hurts today & i don't know what i shoud do, im embarassed to see my doctor. Can anyone help?
