Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms are suggestive of severe dysmenorrhea. Do not ignore your symptoms. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician at the earliest for examination and further evaluation (investigations including hormonal and blood work-up, ultrasound scan etc) to look for any other underlying cause like ovarian cysts, PCOD, endometriosis, severe PID, etc. The cause for the irregularity of periods should also be looked for. Get started on treatment as indicated by examination and investigation results. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
