What hormone(s) are responsible for breast development?
I am 21 and I have no breasts. I don't fit into a bra, but I wear one anyway to pad or I wear a push up so I look like a have "something". I don't know why... I have my period and everything else looks normal.
Should I bring it up with my doctor?

Oestrogen is the main hormone responsible for breast development. If you are worried about growth, it wouldn't hurt to bring it up to your doctor. He can evaluate you and see if there are any hormone deficiencies that you can be treated for. Do small breasts run in your family? It may just be in your genes.

My guess it is genetic. Women get their breast size coming from their father's side of the family. Most doctors recommend surgical enhancement to enlarge breasts.
