I had a hysterectomy when I was 23 yrs old. I am now turning 50 in a few months. I was put on hormone replacement pills 10 yrs ago. I was uncomfortable and not feeling well, tired, hot etc. So my GYN put me on the patch 4 months ago. I now feel as if I don't need any replacements. I don't get hot but my face gets as if I am sunburned. How do I know when I don't need replacements and how long does a person need these replacements? Thanks
