I have very irregular period and take an "all-natural" progesterone cream to regulate my period. (I apply the cream two times a day for 12 days, 15 days after the first day of my period.)

On December, I did not apply the cream, so I missed my January period which was expected between January 7th to 10th. I had sex with my boyfriend on December 20th, 25th and 27th, and on January 3rd. He wears a condom each time we have sex. I then decided to take my "all-natural" progesterone cream on the morning of January 5th, and had a slight pink spotting at around lunch time of the same day. Should I be alarmed by a possible pregnancy? Or is this just the effect of the "all-natural" progesterone cream?
