I'm having hormonal issues almost 1 year post partial hysterectomy - I have kept my ovaries - Uterus & cervix removed due to many years of endo & eventually extreme ademiosis. I beared two children & decided the pain was too much couldn't deal with it anymore. I believe that it has been the best decision & I tought that it would be the end of my troubles but a new issue has arissen with my hormones! I am suffering with really bad mood swings, migraines, severe breast tenderness & joint pain.
I was told that keeping my ovaries would hep to avoid early menoause but I'm starting to wonder. I have an appointment in a couple of weeks with an endricinologist & am a little tentative because I would like to avoid synthetic hormones.
Thank you
