Im 19 years old (soon to be 20 this year) and Im a bit scared that Im having hormonal problems. First my menstruation is acting really weirdly. First at the time I was supposed to get my period last month, about a week ago aproximately, I had light brown spotting for about 4 days on and off. After that it went away. This week to my surprise, just yesterday actually, I had some spotting but with blood, and then some brown spotting too, and today I have brown discharge as well. Its not much but its there. I did notice a clear stretchy discharge, like the one you have when you ovulate yestrday mixed with some brown dicharge too. I dont know if its coincidence but yesterday it was exactly 14 days after the first light brown discharge I had by the time I was supposed to get my period last month. Anyway, Ive also noticed changes in moods that are a bit drastic. One minute Im fine and the other I feel depressed and others just anxiety. Not to mention Ive had unexplained weight gains of .2 each day (making it a pound and a half already gained) eating a normal amount of food (around 1,400-1,500 calories a day).

Anyone has any ideas of what I can do about this or anyone has this happend to them?
I cant visit a doctor right now. Im trying to consult my father who's a doctor, and also my nutrionist via email because Im in another country and I dont have social security here (Im in spain right now).
