Welcome to e health forum.
It is not possible to say, that you might have a confirmed HIV infection by the history provided. Symptoms due to HIV do not present within the first 2 weeks of exposure. And HIV is not diagnosed based on signs on symptoms. It is diagnosed based on serology tests detecting HIV antigens and antibodies in the blood.
But it does seem that you might be having a urinary infection or other forms of sexually transmitted infection , like herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.
Hence you will need to consult your doctor for a detailed history assessment as well as a clinical examination, and a STD panel of tests. But you will have to do a HIV antibody test after 4 weeks of exposure, to know your HIV status.
I hope this helps.
