Herbal medicines and homeopathy remedies would be sufficient for lowering cholesterol and high blood pressure, which are one of the most important factors for atherosclerosis which cause formation of atherosclerosis plaques in your arteries.
Certain of the herbal medicines that can lower cholesterol include: red yeast or red rice, garlic, psyllium (check with a doctor if you have diabetes), and hawthorn.
Various supplements such as omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidant vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin E), vitamin D, coenzyme Q-10, and selenium are considered beneficial when lowering cholesterol.
As for homeopathy remedies, there is a minor problem. Homeopathy remedies are recommended by homeopaths only after the constitutional type of the person (including his/her physical, emotional, and intellectual characteristics) is determined. So, for homeopathy remedies you are advised to consult with a certified homeopath.
In the end, a 90 percent clogged artery is really a lot. So, in my personal opinion, it is highly recommended that medical treatment is performed, because the herbal medicines and the supplements would only lower the cholesterol and the high blood pressure, but much more is needed to treat the clogging in your arteries.
