Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If you had unprotected intercourse,no periods and the Urine test is showing positive then it is indicative of pregnancy.Since it has been a long time I am assuming you might be having other symptoms as well.
It is difficult to comment on net as I am not observing and examining you.Kindly get a Blood test done for pregnancy determination and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
