Q: holes in wet foot

Hi,

if I'm swimming, douchinf for a while or get my feet wet it looks like there are a lot of holes in my foot.. (see the pictures), but after /- 1 hour it is gone.. But latelye it will take sometimes up to 2 hours and is growing, even the back of my foor has it.

What is the problem ?

This is normal. It is just your skin getting waterlogged.

This is just water logging, but you might want to try exfoliating a little bit. Just get a pumice stone and rub off the excess after your feet have soaked in water. Don't forget to moisturize.

If you want to minimize the amount of water logging, use an oil based moisturizer on your feet before your swim, just be care to wear shoes until just before you get into the water so that you won't slip.

i've got the same thing. but them holes are o nthe sole of my foot, and now stay there. the skin is hard... i try exfoliating but comes back. what is it?
