Hi, I had strep throat about 4 months ago.

I'm 20 years old, and I got it quite bad, I had it for almost a month, where I couldn't do so much as to swallow my own saliva.

I noticed that while I was sick, I had gotten these yellow sores all over the back of my throat. In which case, after I was better, I would sneeze and the sores would burst, leaving visible holes in the back of my throat.

Tonight I was on the phone, and I had a weird taste in my mouth, so I went to spit, and noticed blood. I came inside, looked in the mirror and saw that the holes in my throat were bleeding.

I have no idea what is wrong, and I don't know what I should do, could you please help me
