I suggested that site as you have describe how you found your issue. There are three ways I know of that would cause a rip in the end of your member like the way you have posted. You experienced some really rough sex or something was inserted in the end of your member or you have the the first real and painful signs of Balanitis.

Balanitis is very much a natural way our bodies shows us that we need to take care of ourselves. It presents itself in many ways and this is one of them. I had what looked like a rip at the opening of my track also just like you posted and it progressed over eights to something that changed my life completely.

Brandon if you did not expereince the first two things I believe that can cause you issue. I will assure you over the next month or so you will start to experience more and more signs of balanitis.
