For the past year or so, I've had slight anal leakage. Then recently, I started noticing some blood stains when I wipe after a bowl movement. But today I wiped and there was a lot of blood, so naturally I was curious as to what was going on. So I examined, and I found a small hole below my anus.

I tried doing some research, but all I could find was info about holes above the anus. Would anyone know what this could be, and if it posses any serious health risk?
