Q: hives on bend of arm

hi, i have some sort of hives on my bend of arms and its always just on bend on both hands -i got that for let's say last 3-4 years ...appearing only on spring and summer, its because of the sun as i can see....it looks ugly and its really itchy
so if somebody could help me...thanks a lot
