Hey Sopisca,
HIV dies 30 seconds to a minute after it leaves the body. Also when you got cut, you were bleeding out. Very difficult for anything to get in.
Watch the wound but I doubt you got infected with HIV. If you are very worried, wait three months and get a blood test for HIV. Then wait another three months and get a final test.
