Q: HIV transmission from mouth to breast?

Can HIV be transmitted from sucking on a nipple for 20-30 seconds? I didnt feel any fluid and I don't know the HIV status of the person. I am very nervous. Thanks.

don't worry about it.If you weren't swapping fluids then there is no risk.
