hi im 25/m the past 8 months or so ive had loose stools. dry skin, dry mouth. the past year or 2 ive had lesions under my tongue i always thought were ulcers but dont hurt and dont go away. the past 3 months or so ive lost weight from 190-170 im 6-2. i am very fatigued and after eating get tired and dizzy. ihad mono in high shcool and my senior year had my toncles taken out. i havnt been with anyone for a year or so and my hiv test comes up negative even though it seems i have alot of the symptoms. i dont have insurance and have gone to the county hospital 3 times the past couple of weeks but havnt gotten any help. dont know where to go or who to talk to. im getting thinner and fatigued everyday. the only negative thing from some of the blood test ive had is that i have low protein probably from Mal nourishment. i can feel pulses in my stomach and my stomach makes rumbling noises in differnt areas. ive told the er doctors this information but didnt phase them. i got a er doctor to look at my mouth and she had a cotton swab hiv test done even though ive had 2 blood test that were negative the past week and month. i sometimes think it could be oral and colon cancer but im pretty sure its some sort of virus. could me having mono in my system mess wiht my antibodies not to show up in the test? what could cause someone to have hiv and be tested a year later and not have antibodies if hiv positive. please if anyone can tell me where to go to help or ideas or something, i am so scared for my life

If you have been tested several times for HIV and it comes back negative every time then it isn't HIV.There are many many other viruses and diseases out there that can effect your immune system and cause mouth sores and weight loss, etc. Why do you keep thinking it is HIV when you have been tested multiple times? If I were you I would have the doctors do a full STD battery of testes along with any other immune disorder tests including mono, cancer and whatever they can think of.Write down all of your symptoms and how long you have been having them and take that to the clinic with you and hand it to the doctor.Sometimes it helps for them to see everything written down in black and white and also that way you don't have to worry about forgetting to tell them everything as often times you may forget to mention every single problem and symptom.Good luck.
