Q: HIV symptoms after exposure ?

In 2006 i had possible exposure to HIV. We were at a party and 2 people
started fighting. We rushed in to intervene and stopped the fight. I noticed one of
them had been deeply cut on the forehead by a bottle and i had some of his
blood on my t-shirt. A year later in 2007 my lower lip became "redder" but not "very red" like in HIV positive people i have seen(by the way i am a black male). Its my mum who started it when she said my lip has changed colour and was a bit red. She sarcastically said "are you HIV positive?" I dont really get along with her, she usually says things to hurt me. But in essence yes, my lower lip has changed colour but not exactly like in people with full blown AIDS. My lower lip looks similar to some people who i knw who tested HIV negative. But the change in colour was enough to worry me esp since my mum mentioned it.
Since then I have become very worried and stressed thinking that I may be HIV positive. I mostly abstain from sex as Im am scared of contracting HIV and I have turned down numerous offers from girls to have sex with me.
In 2007 I also had sexual encounters, 2 the same night with a girl i met in a club(i got hopelessly drunk and lowered my guard) and
the other time with my then girlfriend around 2007 June. I used protection on all occasions. I also had sex in 2009 January with my ex girl but i used protection as well. Im from Africa by the way.
About a month ago in mid-March i remember feeling pressure in my ears like my ears were blocking. It kept on for a few days and i felt numb on my jaws and neck. I felt like there was an infection which was taking place. At that time the pain started on my left eye.I went to the doctor and he gave me medicine and he said its highly unlikely i have an infection(I felt he was wrong). He said its stress and I need to rest. I remember having night sweats on 2 nights during this period. After taking his medicine it stopped.
A week later, beginning of this month, i was feeling some pain in my eyes esp the left one, in my nose esp the left nostril and some pain on my forehead and having a headache. My left side from my eye to my ear and behind my ear felt numb. The pain persisted and i went to see another doctor. He said maybe its a migraine(i used to have them 4yrs ago) and he gave me some painkillers. But this was very different from my past migraines. So everyday it would start and the pain would become unbearable. I will then go to the doctor and he would give me an injection or pankillers. This persisted for a week and seemed to be getting worse everyday till I went to the hospital.
They asked questions but they couldnt tell what it was. They did a CT-Scan and did a blood test. Next day they told me I have sinusitis. I was
relieved that i finally knew what the problem was. I was given amoxycillin,
ibruprofen, pseudofrin and rhinaris(a nasal spray for nasal decongestion). I took
them for 2 days and noticed a rash had started on my torso. I continued but on the 4th day i saw that the rash was getting serious and had spread to my limbs and was starting on my face as well. I was supposed to take the medication for
10days. I decided to go to the doctor and he told me probably i was reacting to the amoxycillin. He then substitued the amoxycillin with Azithromycin. The rash continued for a few more days. When i switched medicine i felt like the azithromycin wasnt powerful as amoxycilin.
I took the medicine(azithromycin, pseudofrin, nasal spray and ibruprofen) for about a week more afer the switch. I would use the nasal spray maybe 7 times a day, willy nilly. I didnt limit its use.
After completing the medicine I felt like it didnt totally work. I would have slight pain on the eye for 5seconds then it would go away. The sinus pressure in my ears returned. I waited for 4 days and when there was no improvement i went to the hospital. I told them i am experiencing sinus pressure in my ears and they gave me a nasal spray. The said i should use it for 3 days only and return if it does not work. I used it for 3 days and on the fourth the pressure was much reduced but still i wasnt back to normal. Maybe 70% normal. I waited for 4 days hoping it would clear up but it didnt. I returned to the hospital yesterday and they gave me pseudofrin and cetirizine. By the way i had a bad rash from the reaction from amoxycillin and its not healed yet. Maybe 50% healed and now its mostly left on my legs. I noticed my groin lymph nodes are swollen. Also i took the pseudfrin yesterday and today and the cetirizine yesterday but there seems to be no change. I am now convinced I am HIV positive and maybe the sinus pressure/discomfort is not healing because i have a weakened imune system.
What I would like to ask is when they do a blood test, do they normally check for HIV as well? If they do and see that im positive do they inform me? They didnt say anything about me being HIV positive when they did the blood test but maybe they are not liablle to disclose it since i didnt request for an HIV test.
Im stressed and my left side of my neck usually feels numb and right now both sides of my neck are feeling swollen but I cannot see it in the mirror. Also the pressure is still there in my ears. I dont know if this medicine Im taking is gona work. Im working in a military camp in the Middle East and will only go home in June, I plan to have an HIV test then.
With the info I have provided do you think I am positive? I have convinced myself to believe I am so that I will be prepared for it but its really hard you know. I spent most of my life(am 26yrs) avoiding risky sexual behaviour, mostly abstaining and then to get HIV like this? Its not fair coz i have a friend who has had sex with over 70 women, about 7 of them without protection but he tested HIV negative. Its not really fair at all! Please help.

Life isn't fair.Get tested because there is no way to know unless and until you do...all it takes is one encounter with one infected person...
