I had contact with a stranger. We did not have sex, just used our hands. His semen ejactulated on my stomach. What are the risks involved here, can it pass through my belly button, do I have much to worry about? I am scared about this.

I'm pretty sure you can only get a trans disease when your in contact w that other person. I mean like liquid. Either through kissing or juices touching.

If you were bleeding badly from the stomach there would be some risk. Don't worry about this. Your skin is a lot thicker and resistant to fluid transfer than you imagine.
