I sorry for you, that you have your panic attacks,
A lot of people have the same problems, I mean it should
be easer to you, that you are not alone.
I think the first thing that can help you is to change your job or to meet
new people. In one sentence " full your day", don't let yourself to spend to much
with yourself, don't think to much!(thats how I fink)
