HIV risk evaluation

I have protected sex with a girl who's HIV status is unknown. I had vaginal secretion on my hand as I rolled up the condom. Therefore, the inside of the condom is contaminated. A week later I coughed really bad. Three weeks later, I began to have diarrhea, tiredness, head ached and fever. What is my chance of being infected with HIV. I am very regretful and worried.
