HIV, Pericarditis?! Help.

Hello everyone, ill try to make this short. almost thirteen weeks ago I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with a woman of unknown HIV status, although she said she didnt have it. I am heterosexual. I was tested at 5 and 12 weeks exactly with rapid tests both were negative, i also tested negative for all stds. and everyone Ive talked to said i am conclusively negative, however, after not feeling well this weekend I went to a local clinic and after many tests I have been diagnosed with Pericarditis, and after some research I have discovered that there is a connection between HIV and pericarditis, I was moving on and feeling better about myself, but after this weekend's diagnosis I am yet again doubting the tests, Im scared again, so if anyone out there could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.
