HIV paranoia

I have a friend that tested positive 2 years ago, and of course i have been around him a lot. 3 months ago he moved to london, and he asked me 1 month ago to move his thinks from the house he was staying here. After the first day of moving his things i started having the HIV symptoms and i have it til now, i mentioned that i havent had any bruises during the "moving his thinks procedure" and my latest HIV test wich was in may came back negative. So there ware 7 HIV tests in 2 years, i know that i'm a bit paranoia , i have always had safe sex.I'm mentioning that i smoke pot a lot. I know that my question is absurde but i'm sick and tired to go to the doctor for an hiv test. Can i have HIV from moving his stuffs or from touching his igiene things.I know that the virus dies in a few minutes and he hasnt been living there for 3 months ..what are the chances. please help i'm getting mad
