I had oral sex with a woman 2 weeks ago and notice the following after about 3 to 4 days: Cracked outside mouth corners, sore shoulder muscles that lasted about 3 days, pin and needle feeling in arms and legs mostly during day time with a burning feeling on inside arms ocasionally, numb feelin in face, ear and throat area from time to time. Is this possible early symptoms of HIV infection?

I suggest that you see a doctor doctor and explain to the doctor every thing that you have expressed here.

HIV does not have specific symptoms and what you are going through may be an STD or anything else. Definitely see a doctor.

I recommend a HIV test taken three months from the point of supposed infection and please take another test after another three months. That will be your final test.

I prefer blood tests to the new tests. They are more final and don't leave people wondering if they are infected or not.

All the best.
