HELP ASAP!

Between April 3 and April 4 this year I had sex with a lady I met at a strip club. It was my first time to do this. My condom burst during sex. I hadn't realized. She told me and I changed to another condom. Now am scared and all paranoid that I have HIV. These are my facts:
- She gave me oral sex and bit me a bit on the fore-end of my penis
- The condom burst during sex
- I only met that lady that day
- I can reach by cell (the number she gave is not live)
- I saw the small wound I got during oral sex on my penis the following Monday

I cant ignore this any more; I feel like am going to lose it.

*If I am infected, is there a chance I can take medicine to stop the virus from spreading?

SOS! PLEASE HELP!!

Antiretroviral therapy is the only solution for early HIV infection. Antiretroviral therapy uses drugs that inhibit various HIV enzymes, thus affecting its ability to spread throughout the body. You might want to visit your family doctor to see what antiretroviral drugs are available and which one might be most useful for you.
