Q: HIV INFECTION from blade

i want to know how long can it take a person to get infection by using a blade that was used by an infected person, though the blade was dry

HIV dies 30 seconds to a minute after it leaves the body.

My concern would be about Hep C which can remain alive on the surface for 6 to 8 weeks.
