my question is, if it's nothing then why the bombs? what is it? though it's only little ones but why? Hope I can get some aswer or help to this. Thanks in advance.

It is very hard to answer this question without seeing those “bombs on your penis”. You may want to consult a dermatovenerologist about them. I can only advise you not to scratch them and make them bleed.
