HIV from vaginal secretions

I recently fingered a girl's vagina and anus. I am a landscape gardener and get the odd scratch/cuts on my hands and finger's from bushes etc.

I know you can get aids from vaginal secretions, blood and anual mucus so with any cuts/scratches could I have contract aids?

I have heard the wound needs to be huge and gaping with blood present and there needs to be a big gateway for aids to get through, is this true?

Please help me...
