hiv Elisa test, no have energy

Hello dear doctor :
I had sex with one lady about 10 month before after that time I have stress to mach and Feel depressed how I reduce this stress and also after that I had Diarrhea for about a week, off and on.
-Constant nausea, slight stomach cramps.
-Feel depressed, lethargic. More so than usual. And headache .
-Productive cough before other symptoms, dry cough a couple of times a day now.
After 3 weeks I had hiv Elisa test it was negative
Again after 3 month I had another test it was also negative
Again after 6 month I had another hiv test it was negative
I dont know what is my problem my legs are to mach PAIN and also my hands are like this
Also I have Drop-off in my hands and legs I main blood no have progress the hands are reds color and my body to mach no have succulence fell no have energy
Please recommend me dear doctor
