I am a 32 year old male. I would say about 3 months ago, I had sex with girl that I barely knew. I used a trojan condom. Afterwards I noticed a little blood on the condom. This really freaked me out. The condom wasn't broken. But it has been in the back of my mind ever since. Then maybe about 4 weeks ago I started having some strange symptoms. Light headed, body and muscle aches everywhere, fatigued, fever for a day or so, stomach pain. This lasted for about a week. I went to the doctor and his concerns were 1, getting my sugar levels, and 2 having an ultrasound on my stomach. I didn't mention the sex part, but he didn't seem to concerned I might have had any stds based on my symptoms. I told him I wanted to get a full std blood work too, he didnt think I needed it, but he had that done as well as the sugar test. I get my results in a few days, but again I'm having similar symptoms. There is no stomach pain now, but I feel fatigued, light headed, I had a fever last night, but that is going down. Also last night it was extremely painful to swallow. Not as bad now, but there is a little pain when I swallow in my throat. I'm really concerned this might be HIV. What are the odds that I couldve come into contact with hiv, even though I was wearing a condom? I get the feeling my doctor thinks it's diabetes. But I didn't think diabetes symptoms were fever, and fatigue, and the other symptoms I mentioned. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Hi!
Do you have headache and extreme fatigue?
Are you experiencing chills followed by a fever?
Do you feel abdominal pain like soreness in the upper-left abdomen?
Have you checked for swollen lymph nodes?
