ok I've already looked up information on hiv in the past. But over the past few years I have had a fear of getting hiv. I get a lot of cuts on my hands sometimes from dry skin and stuff and sometimes deep. But I've had a constant fear of getting hiv infected fluid in a cut and contracting hiv that way. What are the realistic chances of getting hiv from that source. I'm pretty sure it's below a one percent chance but not sure.

Do you moisturize your hands? Focus on preventing your hands from drying and cracking, and the other worries will fall away. You might try Gold's Bond cream...it's great for the winter months!

yeah
I use lotion sometimes. Cornhuskers lotion is good because it's really thick. Usually my hands get dried out from washing my hands too much which is directly related to that fear. It sort of perpetuates itself. Also happens in winter. Have a skin condition which is basically just get real dry in the winter time. But yeah it's just somewhat of a phobia.
