Please can you tell me if I have a risk of HIV as 2 small specks of fresh blood went onto my Cheek but none went into my eye or mouth. My skin on my cheek was unbroken.

Contact between body fluids (blood, semen) is needed in order for HIV to be transmitted. Since you did not have even microscopic skin wounds, and the blood did not come in contact with body fluids, there is no risk of HIV infection.
