hit behing ear-developing a bruised bump

i was hit at the back of the head- behind my right ear (with the end of a surfboard)and developed a instant bump and bruise. and could taste blood,my vision was blury for about a minute but it's fine now.3 days later the swelling has gone down alot, but it's still a little bruised.
i have a slight headache and my ear is bit blocked...
do i need to see a doctor?
