i wonder this too after having a baby not too long ago myself...but i would think they dont really because everything was well..stretched out and that is why it is much easier the second time to have kids because everything is stretched and wider..
so i would say that they possibly could go back a little but not alot...but i could be wrong and not have a clue as to if they do or dont
