Q: Higher Nose Bridge

Hello,

I am currently 15 years old and my nose bridge is not that high, and would like to know solid ways to help support and reach the full potential of my nose bridge growth. I take vitamin and mineral supplements as well as a healthy balanced nutritional diet. I exercise too but my nose bridge doesn't to be high. Calcium and vitamin D was never a problem in my diet, though it doesn't seem to be helping much. Is there any facial exercises or whatnot, that can do something to increase the growth of my nose bridge? Maybe, increasing the blood flow in my face or something like that. giggle I believe that there are ways in increasing the length and density of my nose and would love some advice.

Take you for your advice,

Why is it that you want a larger nose bridge?

I don't think there is anything you can do really, short of plastic surgery. I have heard that some women's noses swell during pregnancy, but go back to normal after they give birth.

If it is strictly a cosmetic thing, perhaps some creative shading with makeup would make your nose appear larger. Or wearing smaller glasses/sunglasses, if you do wear them.

Also, you should bear in mind that it is really proportion that matters, not size. It is more important that your nose fit your face than your nose fit you "ideal" of what it is supposed to look like.

Yeah but still, would recommend a little longer nose bridge. Hope there is a simple way though.

Is this your own observation or one that someone else made? Do you think your nose is too small for your face? Is it something you've always noticed or did something bring it to your attention?

Also, I don't think that there is any simple way to grow *any* part of your body. Everyone has something they don't like about themselves. Some imperfection that they would change. But I would bet that most, if not all people who see you don't even think about your nose.

Nose Surgery
the only way to change the appearance of your nose is rhinoplasty - nose surgery.
