Q: High white blood cells and lymph nodes

i was told i had a high count of white blood cells and lymphnodes i have hadsevere pains for about four days in my abdomen aswell can you tell me what this could mean?

High white blood cells count,associated with swollen lymph nodes in different body areas, warrants medical attention for further investigation, since they could indicate a case of leukemia or lymphoma.
Sharp abdominal pains, are most likely resulting from the swollen intestinal lymph nodes.

You need to be performed some additional tests for the right diagnosis!
