What could cause a high RBC? I was treated for IDA one year ago. Now:
RBC 5.6
Hemoglobin 14.7
Hematocrit 44.8
MCV 80.0
MCH 26.3
MCHC 32.9
RDW 15.0
I am 38, female, take no meds, just fatigued and sometimes short of breath. I don't smoke, live close to sea level, and am well hydrated.
