I'm only 4 weeks pregnant and my pulse rate has gone up. My OB doesn't see me until 6-8 weeks. My normal rate is higher, 70-90 depending, but now in the last few days it has gone up to 100-110. I know that pregnancy can cause elevated heart rate, but does it happen this early? Should I be concerned?

im 5 weeks pregnant and i have noticed my heart rate has increased alot. i am normally between 70-80 im now between 80 and 100, i have been to the doctor and the hospital and have had an ecg done, i was told as long as there is no abnormal beats or palpitations then there wasnt much they could do, i would recommend seeing a doctor and have an ecg done just to be on the safe side
