Q: High pulse rate during early pregnancy

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant and my pulse rate has gone up. My OB doesn't see me until 6-8 weeks. My normal rate is higher, 70-90 depending, but now in the last few days it has gone up to 100-110. I know that pregnancy can cause elevated heart rate, but does it happen this early? Should I be concerned?
