Q: high prolactin level - pregnant ?

i've high prolactin levels for last 4-5 years. i m taking caberlin 25mg half once a week. i never got my periods during these years without takin pills, usually modus 10. i got physical with my boyfriend on 3rd june.we didnt have proper sex. i took modus again for 5 days from 10th july to 14th july, but still didnt get my periods.. this has never happened before.. could i be pregnant??
