Q: High pitched voice

So I'm a 15 year old guy, gone through most of puberty but I now have a problem with my voice. My everyday speaking voice is very quite and strained sounding, pretty high pitched, all around pretty crappy. However I able to talk in a much deeper, louder voice but I don't see why this didn't just naturally become my normal voice during puberty. Anyway, is there any reason why my voice would do this? Thanks
