My wife is four to five weeks pregnant we had a recent trip on a plane the journey was two and a half hours and quite stressful once we were there. Before we got there she had suffered from a lower back and muscle pain. We stayed in a very humid climate. We stayed in a room with very cold a/c. The next day she woke up with a non-itchy red skin rash all over her body with some on her face, swollen glands and shivering . Despite the fact that the temperature was 29-30 with very high humidity she complained of being very cold. She also compalined of muscle ache, joint ache, flu like symptons the week before she had suffered from this conditions without the rash. We have looked on the internet and we are worried that this maybe german measles, or glandular fever. The rash is all over her body but not on her face and her glands are swollen with periods of feeling hot and then cold. Could anyone help as we are in Bali at the moment and dont have the best mediacl care.
Kind Regards
Mark
