Q: high level of FSH

i had been undergo 2 times of ovarian cyst operation for that last few years n currently i m having the same prob too.
at the same time, discover that my FSH level is 10.2 (age 2
.i already married for half a year without pregnancy protection.
my ques is:
1. am i able to get pregnant?
2. one of the gynae suggest me to undergo IVF. what is the successfull rate for me if i still want to use my own egg rather than from donor??
