High HGB HCT and Amylase ?

did a blood test..came back high hgb high hct high amylase (dont even know what this is....) anyone understand the high hgb high hct and high amylase wbc at 6.38 PLEASE HELP..Have Lupus too...I cant find alot on this type of bloodwork issue...I have latent tuberculous and an undiagnosed lung problem...said it was copd and then ruled out...i have asthma but also some weird thing where I cant breathe well when laying down...some days im pretty okay breathing other times I get rushed to the er and have major difficulty breathing and am there a week...xrays always normal ct scans abnormal at bottom of lungs and they say its maybe pneumonia...but arent sure. Did a complete blood screening...incl everything negative for hepatitis, aids etc all the weird things...Im getting depressed cause this effects me so much...If anyone knows please help me
