Q: high fever

my 3 year old grandson has a fever for the last two days and is complaining of back pain yesterday he threw up several times today he is lathargic and says his eye now hurts, advil is not helping and baths is this just a flu or should he be looked at by a doctor?

How high is the fever? It all really depends on this. It never hurts to at least call the doctor though. If it were my child, I would call once the fever hit 102 at this age. That's what my doctor goes by though.
