High Ferritin/low iron & saturation?

I am a healthy 43 year old male. I have been having fatigue issues along with dizzy spells. My recent blood work has returned the following results;

Iron * 6.6 (9.0 - 30.0)
Transferrin 2.1 (2.0 - 3.7)
Tot Irin Bind 48 (45 - 80)
Saturation* 13.8 (16.0 - 60.0)
Ferritin* 363 (30 - 300)

I have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and have had CT scans of organs and small intestine.
No bleeding and no signs of Crohns disease.

My Doctor is an idiot and is at a loss.
Any suggestions
