If your gallbladder ejection fraction is 99%, then, by definition, you do not have biliary dyskinesia. If you have no gallstones present on ultrasound, then it is unlikely (but not impossible) that you have gallstones. A number of other ailments can cause symptoms similar to gallstone disease, including diseases of the bile ducts, liver, pancreas, kidneys, ureters, colon, esophagus, stomach or duodenum/intestines.
If a thorough evaluation of your gallbladder is normal, then perhaps your doctor should also evaluate you for other possible explanations for your symptoms.
