Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If your age is 53 and blood pressure is 200/100 for last 2 days you should instantly consult a doctor. Infact it would be wise to go to an Emergency Room and get a full checkup, ECG, blood tests etc.

If you are already on medication and have been given an emergency pill to keep under the tongue, then this too can be taken. However it will be dangerous to self medicate at this high BP. Please consult a doctor ASAP. This high BP can be dangerous and result in stroke too.

Reduce salt. Reduce fluids. Take sips of water. Do not do strenuous activity unless you have seen a doctor. Take rest until then. Hope this helps. Take care!
