Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The cause for decreased fetal movements could be your fluctuating blood pressure. Do not delay in contacting your gynecologist/obstetrician. You might need to get started on medications to control it. Keep diet simple and healthy, reduce salt and oil/fat intake. Drink plenty of water, and avoid caffeinated and carbonated beverages. Be in regular follow-up. Try to relax and avoid all heavy work. When you are relaxed and lying down comfortably, check the fetal kick count. Keep the count for 1 hour, it should be above 10 to be normal. If it is lower than 6 in a hour persistently, then you might need to visit ER (emergency room) for an urgent ultrasound scan to look for fetal well being and medications to control blood pressure.
Take care.
