Q: High Bilirubin levels

hi iam a 21 years old male and i have my bilirubin level high 25.64 mg/dl (normal 17) and i had checked liver enzymes and they were normal...so should i worry about it? and i am going to start roaccutane (isotrtenion) for acne treatment so is it safe to take it or not?
